About Us

We love garage sales and thrifting. Or at least one of us does (Brad). Mostly Sandy likes to throw things away! In any case, we got to wondering about people who want to have their own garage sales but don't have a garage (or yard, or parking, or a good location, etc.). At the same time, we had a vacant space in a commercial building in downtown Rhinelander that would be perfect for holding sales. So that's when the idea of diyGarageSale.com was born. With Brad already managing a number of properties in the area and Sandy having recently retired from Nicolet College after 25 years and looking for a new adventure, we felt that we have both the time and resources to provide a one-stop garage sale hosting service for Rhinelander and surrounding communities. Our goal is to offer a high-traffic, high-visibility venue and a variety of amenities to make your garage sale simple and successful.
