How it Works
What is your time worth?
Lots of people have items to sell but don't have the time or want the hassle of having a garage sale at their private residence. We offer an easy and convenient option for your sale at our location in downtown Rhinelander, WI. Follow the simple step-by-step guide below and let us know when you're ready to get started.
1. What do you have to sell?
Determine how big your sale will be and how much space you'll need based on what you're selling:
- Small - Everything fits in the back seat of your car (1 - 4 totes)
- Medium - You'd have to make a couple of trips (5 - 8 totes)
- Large - You'd have to make multiple trips or bring a trailer
- Mega - You're cleaning out your entire basement!
- Specialty - You have items that don't fit in totes, you need help getting things to the sale, or you're just not sure what to do.
2. Choose your date(s).
Our location is open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM - 3 PM throughout the summer. You pick the date(s) that will work best for you.* You can have a one-day, two-day, or three-day sale. And you can even spread your sale out over two weekends if you'd like.
Because we always want to have a full store with lots of items and variety, multiple people will be selling on any given date, unless you'll be renting the entire space for a "mega sale."

3. Complete a brief rental agreement and pay for the days you'll be using the space.
You pay a rental fee for the space you'll be using for each day of your sale:
- Small sale - $25
- Medium - $50
- Large - $100
- Mega - Let's talk about options!
4. Make arrangements to drop off your clean and priced items at the store.
Items can be dropped off anytime before your sale. Just make sure to let us know when you're coming so we can be there to meet you.
You're welcome to use our pricing gun, tags, and stickers if you need them.
5. We'll take it from there.
We'll get your items out on the floor and group them with similar items to create eye-catching displays. We'll also post pictures of your featured items on Facebook to get the word out about your sale.
6. Pick up your unsold items and receive 100% of the proceeds of your sale.
Schedule a time to pick up your unsold items and/or make arrangements with us to dispose of anything you no longer want for an additional fee (minimum $25).
You'll receive 100% of the proceeds of your sale, minus any disposal fee.
